Contact Us

We believe that news organizations, especially those in public media, have a responsibility to engage with the public. At FRONTLINE, we are committed to hearing your suggestions, complaints and other feedback. You may provide us with ideas for individual stories or lines of coverage, answer questions that a story may raise, identify related or under-covered issues, and teach us about new and diverse sources, experts and perspectives. At times, we may also hold in-person events to engage with communities, such as screenings; or request insight from our audience for reporting purposes.

Comments, concerns or complaints about our reporting can be sent to frontline@pbs.org, where emails are  monitored and answered by members of our team. In cases where a story is attributed to ‘FRONTLINE,’ often seen on collection pages or corporate/ government statements, the text was written by a member of our editorial staff and the journalism included sourced to the appropriate reporter or reporting teams. You can also reach out to individual members of our staff here.
